The finished product belies what I had originally planned. I was working on a series of freestanding sculptures, each related by palette. My intention was to create a suite of unified pieces*, much like paper cities I had constructed as a child. I originally thought I would integrate computer components… but, instead, I integrated softer elements along with a wood assemblage.

These pieces (below) are also a homage to Louise Nevelson, whose work I greatly admire.
